Lesson 6: Six Cylinder Theory

REFERENCE

  • Six Cylinder Theory (See CourseWare)

INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION

Work life and personal life can get out of balance. An individual can show up with good intentions to take care of family, do well at work, make money, and yet still find themselves juggling so many different cares and concerns. Life can quickly feel like it is out of control. An unbalanced life brings many distractions and distressing emotions that can hinder an individual’s personal health, relationships, and work performance. When an individual learns to identify their six life cylinders and define their personal priorities using the critical decision making model, clarity of thought and decision making become a balanced thought process, even in the midst of pressure and adversity.
